Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored. That happens on the basis of your consent. You will first receive a confirmation email; your subscription is only final after you confirm it. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link at the bottom of every newsletter. Your email address is then deleted.
Contact
If you send an email, your message and your email address are kept for as long as is needed to answer and handle your question. For bookings this may be longer, because the administration has to be kept for seven years.
Hosting and log files
The website is hosted by D-Hosting. The web server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the time of your visit and the page requested. That is needed for security and for the proper working of the site. These log files are deleted after 90 days and are not used to track visitors.
Links to other websites
The site links to Bandcamp, Spotify, YouTube, Ticketkantoor and the websites of concert venues. As soon as you click through, the privacy statement of that party applies. Judith Nijland has no influence on what they do with your data.
Security
The website works exclusively over a secure connection. Access to the administration of the site and to the newsletter records is protected with personal accounts.
